In today's episode I talk to Rachel Maunder. Rachel tells us about the importance of telling your stories whether they are the big life changing ones or smaller anecdotal ones. They all count.

About Rachel:

Rachel Maunder helps people tell their stories – it’s that simple. With a warm and engaging style, Rachel is known for inspiring confidence into her clients as she helps them share their stories and expertise through engaging and competent presentations and talks.‘When you share your story, however ordinary, insignificant or boring it may seem to you, you will inspire someone somewhere to make maybe just one small positive change in their life, and who knows where that might lead.’But it’s not enough to just share your story. You need to do it well, in a way that engages your audience so that they really listen, and so that they feel motivated to do something differently in their own lives.Drawing on her years of experience of coaching and training in presentation skills, and a knack for drawing out the essence of others’ stories, Rachel takes her clients through the StoryCRAFT process, which is the basis for this programme. She is an active member of the London branch of the PSA (Professional Speaking Association) where she is currently Vice President and she continually works to develop her own skills both as a speaker and a coach.
